There are some ways to unlock android phone boot loader but I am going to show you ways to unlock Huawei's phones boot loader, there are 2 main methods. First is the official method, and another method is by using dc unlocked or other software.
This is an official way to unlock boot loader by official webpage of Huawei.

Create Huawei account if you don't have, if you have just login
After that you will a form and you have to write:
Your phone model (example Huawei asced G510 )
Your phone serial number (this can be found in Settings -> About -> Status or in back of phone, remove the battery)
Your phone IMEI number 1 if you have 2 imei (this can be found in Settings -> About -> Status or remove battery and you will see IMEI)
Your phone product ID (to find this, open the dialer and enter *#*#1357946#*#*)
After that enter Captcha code
And then press the 'Submit'.
At this point you will either be provided with a code, or you will receive an error such as
'The Huawei ID used to apply for the unlock code has not been used on the device for more than 14 days.
‘If you get this then you have to use unofficial method, because official page will not help you. Official method is below.
Now you have to download ANRODID SDK CLICK HERE https://developer.android.com/studio/install.html?pkg=tools
After download SDK you have to extract to a folder and open cmd to this folder. Right click and Shift open new cmd here.
Than you have to:
Enable USB debugging by tapping the build number in Settings -> About 5 times, then going back and selecting the option from the Development menu.
Enable OEM unlock in the Development menu.
You have to connect your phone to the PC and approve the security prompt on the device screen.
In the command window on your PC enter 'adb reboot boot loader' to enter fast boot mode'. And then
In the command window on your PC enter 'fast boot open unlock (insertnumberhere)', using the number provided by the Huawei website.
Then your phone will reset itself and wait until process is finished!

METHOD 2 Unofficial method
Download and install DC UNLOCKER FROM HERE CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD https://www.dc-unlocker.com/
Download Huawi phone drivers and install it.
You have to enter your phone to Manufacturer Mode - open the dialer and enter code *#*#2846579#*#*.
In the app that then opens, select Project
Menu -> Background settings -> USB ports settings -> Manufacturer Mode. And then Open DC unlocker and select Huawei phones AutoDetect
Open command prompt CMD and then write - adb reboot boot loader - to enter fast boot mode'.
Check is usb debug mode is enabled.
