I am going to explain most important factors that indicate on your Channel and make it grow. Is really important to follow these rules, if you want to make a successful youtube channel, and you will see results, after few days. You will see that views, likes, shares, and subscribers will grow, every day.
So I am going to mentions most important rules.
1- Create Unique content
- Do not copy others content, if you want to monetize your channel, do not ever copy others content, cause youtube will penalize you and will delete your video, or even will delete completely your channel. You cannot copy materials, videos, music etc, from the others. Always follow this rule.
2- Don't use a long video title.
- Is recommended to do not use a long video title, this is because of views, most of the peoples are not interested to read more than 5 or 6 words, so when the title is too long they won't read and won't click on your video.
3- Use a title that is related to video
Don't use a title that is not related to your video, just to attract visitors. What will happen? Some visitors will come and then will unlike your video and go back, so this is a big problem for your youtube channel. Your channel will go down on a search engine and you will lose the trust to costumers.
4 - Use a clear and good thumbnail
When you create a thumbnail for your video, make it clean, easy to read, and related to video, do not ever make a thumbnail that is not related to video, because your visitors will be disappointed with your video and you will not get likes or subscribers.
5 - Use keywords that are related to your video.
How to get keywords. I am going to show you a trick.
For example, if you channel is about " Java course", make a search to youtube and click the first video that will show on the search. Right-click with the mouse to view page source, and then click find(ctrl+F on your keyboard) and search term "keywords", you will see keywords the user has used for his video.
When you put the same keyword this that user, your video will show to other users like a suggestion, this is a big chance to get a lot of views from youtube suggestions, if your video is good.

Here you can do a deep keyword research and find most searched terms.
6 - Use different colors from YouTube
I suggest you use different colors on you youtube thumbnail.
This is because of peoples are more interested to click on videos that don't have the same color as youtube.
7 - Videos should be longer
Create videos that are minimum length 6 minutes. I usually create videos with minimum length 10 minutes. This is because of, how many minutes a user stay on your video. Time length is one of the most important factors on YouTube.
8 - Post videos periodically.
Do not post all videos at the same time, cause notifications will make mad your subscribes and they will unsubscribe from your channel. Is recommended to post for example one a week (1 or more videos) on the same day, for example, every Sunday, at the same time. This is because your subscribers will remember when you will post a video and then will click on your video.
9- Tell users to like, comment, or subscribe to your channel.
Did you know that 50% of activity on a channel came when the admin says to make this action? For example, in beginning of your video you can write or say" if you enjoy this video, please hit like and subscribe to my channel for more great videos every week"
